Our Leadership Academy Fellow and new AlumNode member Martin Skrodzki invites you to join his talk on #geometry on May 12th. The Conference will be held online and is free of charge.

The GMP 2021 is a part of an annual international conference series on geometric modeling, simulation, and computing.

It is an international forum for presenting and discussing new trends and results in theory, techniques, and applications of both mathematical and computational aspects of modeling and processing of geometric data. This is especially important for many applied disciplines such as computer graphics, computer vision, CAD/CAM, robotics, scientific computing, medical imaging, engineering analysis, etc.

Conference topics

  • Mathematical foundations of computer-aided geometric design
  • Computational geometry algorithms and analyses
  • Multi-resolution and heterogeneous modeling
  • 3D printing and computational manufacturing
  • Geometric feature modeling and recognition
  • Representation of curves and surfaces
  • Discrete differential geometry
  • Isogeometric analysis
  • Shape optimization
  • Material modeling
  • Machine Learning in computer-aided geometric design

Official language is ENGLISH, only.

Martin will hold his talk together with his collegues at 1:30 CET at the GMP.
