Mapping Permafrost Thaw Using AI
We know that ice is melting. But knowing exactly what parts are melting and how this will impact the bigger picture is a different challenge. This week on the HLF blog, Andrei Mihai explores how AI can be utilized to map permafrost thaw and thus help predict possible human infrastructure consequences.
