The ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ-๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐บ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ (AGYA) offers its members a unique opportunity, to implement interdisciplinary research projects and joint initiatives at the intersection of research, science policy, and capacity building. As members of the Academy, young scholars* can expand their research portfolio and enhance their international networking through mobility grants for interdisciplinary research stays in the Arab world and Germany... I am now a project manager at the German Scholars Organization and coordinate our Leadership Academy. We are based in Berlin and support scientists in finding the right career path for themselves - in science, business, and/or the non-profit sector.

Eligibility:
- Early-career researchers (3−10 years after PhD) from any field of the Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Technical Sciences, and the Arts
- Affiliation with a university or a research institution in Germany or any Arab country: Algeria, Bahrain, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen
- Full command of English, both spoken and written
