Check out the new entry in our HLFF Blog series HLFF Spotlight: Alumni in Action, where we look at a science-themed board game developed by one of our alumni.

In this Spotlight, we hear from Michal Jex, an HLF alumnus and Assistant Professor in Mathematical Physics at Czech Technical University, where he works in the field of quantum physics. He tells us about the science-themed board game he co-developed entitled “Sci-Me!”, in which players can simulate the life of a researcher and learn more about the everyday experience of working in a scientific career.

We learn about his motivations behind this project, the challenges he and his co-developer faced as well as their future plans for the game.
